1. Open the Leads module
From the sidebar, go to CRM → Leads. You'll see your pipeline with tabs for All, Untouched, and Overdue. Click the + New Lead button at the top right.
2. Fill in the lead details
Enter the essentials. Reckon OS will warn you immediately if the phone number already exists in your agency, so two people never end up chasing the same lead.
- Name & phone — duplicate phone numbers are flagged automatically.
- Source — Meta Ads, Google Ads, referral, website, and more, so your reports show what's working.
- Owner — assign the team member responsible for this lead.
3. Set the first follow-up
Before saving, set a follow-up date. This is the single most important field — it's what powers the Overdue tab. Any lead without recent activity surfaces there, so nothing goes cold in silence.
4. Work the lead
Open the lead any time to log a call, add a note, or jump straight to WhatsApp with one tap. Every interaction is timestamped, so the whole team can see the history at a glance.
A lead with an owner and a follow-up date is a lead that gets worked. A lead without them is a lead you'll forget.
